To create rough diamonds, carbon atoms are bonded together, and as a result, the intense heat and pressure of volcanoes create a structure. After cooling, they will produce crystals that are called rough diamonds or rough diamonds.
Rough diamonds are produced about 160 kilometers below the surface of the Earth's crust in molten rocks of the Earth's mantle. The Earth's mantle must be 400 degrees Celsius and have a pressure of 30,000 atmospheres for this process to occur, and at 150 kilometers below the surface, these conditions are ready for production. These stones are brought to the surface by intense lava activity.
These stones usually resemble a collection of light-colored glasses. The characteristics of rough diamonds are that they have an oily appearance, so do not expect sparkle because they have not yet been cut. Rough diamonds also have a high gem quality standard.
Finding rough diamonds while walking around is difficult, although it seems impossible, and they are mostly found in mining locations, but this does not guarantee that we will never come across one. Although they are difficult to distinguish from polished diamonds, they have their own characteristics.
